Parking on premises may hold up to 50 vehicles. This includes parking on the concrete surfaces and the grass area on site. ( Valet can be added for an additional fee.)

- No smoking in the building. - No alcohol is allowed unless served by TABC certified bartender. (with the exception of champagne.) - All trash should be placed in provided waste bins. - Guests are not allowed to wander through the building outside of the rental space. This space has a strict NO FLOUR, NO GLITTER, CONFETTI, NO GUNS, NO HOOKAH, NO SAGE BURNING, & NO FLAMES (except catering burners & birthday candles) policy which will be strictly enforced. This is subject to change as long as the renter does disclose and communicate their desire and intention with using any of the things listed above. The studio will be presented to the Renter "AS IS". The Renter is responsible for handing back the studio and any equipment or furniture rented, at the end of their session in the same condition. Rental time begins promptly at the designated starting time and ends promptly at the designated ending time. This time includes move-in, set-up, break-down, move-out and clean-up. Any part of an hour that I go over my scheduled time will be billed at the hourly rate.
