Enhanced COVID-19 Health & Safety Measures
My cleaning service and I are committed to a 5-step enhanced cleaning process which is a set of standards developed in partnership with experts, for the times of COVID-19 and beyond.
Before every event we commit to the following:
- Sanitize surfaces
- Sanitize every high-touch surface, down to
the doorknob
- Use approved products
- Use cleaners approved by health experts, like
disinfectants with 70% alcohol or higher
- Thoroughly clean
- Refer to our extensive checklists while
cleaning room-by-room
- Help avoid cross-contamination by wearing a
mask and gloves
- Wash all linens at a high heat setting
- Follow all other local guidance and laws, including any additional safety or cleaning
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
- Hand Sanitizer
- Disposable gloves
- Disposable masks / face coverings
The space has the following features:

- Space has access to outdoor air ventilation
- Space has HEPA-certified air filters
- Space has additional space outdoors

About the Space
Our space is Ideal for social gatherings, dinners, photo+ video shoots, content creating, backyard events and more, just inquire! This is a fully furnished and equipped 4 bedroom & 2 bathroom, 1215 sq ft home. Casa Scottsdale offers a large 5,000 sq ft backyard making the total space 6270 sq ft. The space can be booked entirely or either just the home or backyard. It is a blank canvas that can be fully customized to your event needs! Other features include a fully stocked kitchen, TV, electric bbq grill, chiminea and more. Depending on the event, event insurance may be requested from theeventhelper.com Casa Scottsdale currently does not provide additional tables, chairs, catering or any other event service. You are more than welcomed to provide your own. If you prefer, I can also assist with outsourcing necessary services.

Parking description
Driveway fits two cars but Casa Scottsdale also has an RV gate and when opened can fit an extra three cars in the driveway. There is also plenty of street parking in front of the home.

General Rules
• Event Insurance is required. Contact me for assistance.
• Do NOT turn off or unplug wifi and/or any outlets that state, “DO NOT UNPLUG”
• Do NOT lock the front door handle when stepping out. Please only lock the Yale Deadbolt. The door handle is not a smart lock and it will not open with a code. I recommend you only use the door handle lock when inside the home. If it is accidentally locked, please contact for lockbox information.
• Alert me immediately if anything breaks. I may not be able to fix it for the next guest if I am not notified right away.
• If during your stay you need to empty the trash bins, you may place the trash bag(s) in the black garbage bin and the recyclable items in the pink garbage bin. Bins are located in the backyard to the left, next to the larger gate.
• Smoking, vaping, or use of any kind of illegal or legal substance anywhere on the property premises is PROHIBITED. This will result in an immediate loss of deposit or additional charge and when required, a police report will be filed.
• No unapproved pets. This will result in an additional charge.
• Pets must be house trained. If you are allowed a pet, you are fully expected to clean up after it. There is an added cleaning fee for feces that is not picked up.
All ages are allowed in the space

Security cameras and recording devices
Casa Scottsdale has 3 recording devices at the entrance (doorbell, driveway, & front gate) that will be ON 24/7 for the guest’s & property’s safety. A Minut monitor is also located in the living room
Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.
