Located minutes away from the Atlanta, Cobb County line this space is perfect for your next event, your podcast show, content creation, and photography. 5 spaces in 1! The space is 2500 square feet with easy access to the door and parking. This space is complete with a make-up room and dressing rooms. Event rentals are available upon request. Items include but not limited to: tables, chairs, led lights, projector, speaker. After 10pm rate includes security and space attendant....no exception. We even have promotional opportunities for a certain amount of hours. Our owner @garnerstyle hosts 1.4 million people across Facebook, Instagram & Tiktok. Instagram @thesignaturelofts Thanksgiving Day, Christmas day and New Years Eve will have increased rates please inquire ok those rates by messaging us. Thx!

We took our maternity photos here recently. Communication between Chastity was prompt and professional. The space was just as advertised; just as the images show, clean spaces, and we had the place to ourselves, uninterrupted. We used the swing with both white and grey backdrops and the area the cherry blossom trees. Great natural lighting. Thank you!
