|ONE PRICE FOR ALL SETS & WAREHOUSE SPACE| Large 1500+ SQFT film and photo space ideal for music videos, commercials, interviews, or large film and photo projects. We have 3x unique custom-built themed sets. Our warehouse space is also painted matte black to serve as a negative fill or a blank canvas. Film Sets: • Film Set A - Retro Living Room • Film Set B - Greenery Bedroom with Bathroom • Film Set C - Warehouse and Paper Backdrop Each set has 3 feet of walkway behind and around the sets, perfect for setting up lights. Our space has a roll-up garage door making it easy to load in equipment, furniture, set design, flats, and more. All rentals include the following equipment and amenities at no additional cost: • 8x Aputure B7c's installed in sets, controlled by a tablet • 1x Godox VL 300 Included • 4x Sandbags • 3x C-stands • 3x Apple boxes • WiFi • Parking • Restroom Access Evening + Weekend Rates: $180/hr Evenings - Mon - Fri, 7pm-6am Weekend - Sat - Sun
