A licensed professional cleaner has been hired between bookings to increase safety and cleanliness.

Enhanced cleaning measures:

Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

The following equipment is provided for every guest:

Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
Hand Sanitizer
Disposable masks / face coverings

About the Space

Newly built 3 story home, located in the highly sought after Trinity Groves area. The kitchen, Living, and Dining rooms are all located on the second floor offering great lighting with amplified style. Think boutique hotel perfect for filming, photoshoots, and insightful conversation. The open kitchen would be a great space to film a cooking demo or debut your branded products. Off the kitchen is a guest room that doubles as a home office. On the third level, there's a large master retreat that includes an en-suite luxurious bathroom. The master retreat would be perfect for a boudoir photo session, filming, and other creative photoshoots. The master bathroom is complete with a large walk-in shower and jacuzzi tub. Feature your brand products here!! Off the master retreat, is an inviting outdoor rooftop oasis. Complete with a sofa, two accent chairs, and a fire pit, this space is great to host happy hours or morning coffee chats. The covered space allows you to fully embrace the outdoors. Furniture and Decor can be removed but must be replaced. All items that need to be moved must remain indoors in another space.

Security cameras and recording devices

Alexa speaker is in the Kitchen for easy timer setting and music playing while cooking. Google speaker is located in the main bedroom space for playing calming music and getting calendar updates for the day. Devices are usually turned on for easy access but can be turned off if customer requests. Ring doorbell is located at the front door for added security. Security cameras are also on the corner of the house and at the back of the house above the garage - all located outside.

Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.
