No pets are allowed without prior notice. No smoke/glitter/dust/confetti or similar shoots without prior notice. (also be mindful of outfits with these materials.) No open flame is allowed without prior notice. Music is allowed but please be considerate of the surrounding businesses. Please wipe shoes, wear shoe cover, or remove them prior to walking on backdrops and the cyclorama. Walking on the edge of the cyclorama is not permitted, a repair fee will be added (starting at $150) and will depend on the amount of work required. Rental time includes set up and break-down times. At least a $50 fee would be billed if the crew leaves later than the reserved time. Please, leave the studio in the same condition. If the studio requires a major cleaning after your session, the cleaning fee will be added (starting from $100) and will depend on the amount of work required. This is not a soundproof studio. No DRUGS are allowed inside the studio No Smoking in the studio. No one will be admitted who is drunk or under the influence of illegal substances. Rescheduling or moving a shooting time policy is the same as canceling since we have to give up the time slot for someone else at that time (read the cancellation policy for more detail). We do our best to accommodate and provide professional, friendly, and honest services to all our customers and fellow artists, for this reason, we reserve the right to refuse service to anyone. We reserve the right to stop any shoot at any time.
