Sunflower Bungalow in Downtown Austell

The space is an updated 102 year old boarding house located in downtown Austell. The space is located in a well established neighborhood, with homes dating back to the late 1800's. It's on the edge of a small, but upcoming downtown, and one block from an active train stop so there's a frequent train horn. The home itself has an open living room/ dining room area with the kitchen off of the dining room and two bedrooms, and a bathroom off of the living room. The two bedrooms are not included as part of the space rental and will be secured prior to arrival. Please be honest with your usage for the space as I live in the home next door. I am happy to work with you if you're upfront with me. Open to birthday celebrations, meeting space, and other small gatherings up to 12 people. If you are in the film industry and looking to use the home for the space for film, television, music videos or advertising campaigns, please message me to go over the details, and pricing options. - No smoking/ vaping in the building - Maximum guest capacity is 12 people - No pets/ animals allowed in space - No loud music after 10pm - No drug usage or illegal activities - Large furniture to include sofa, loveseat, dining table, rugs must not be moved. All other furniture except wall art/ mirrors can be moved within the home, but must be put back in the original position prior to end of your booking. This must be completed within your reserved booking time. - Your "set up" and "tear down" time must be completed in your reserved time slot. OUTDOOR EVENT SPACE - If looking to do an outdoor event up to approximately 50 - 100 people reach out to me, as I have outdoor event space available on the neighboring block. SECURITY CAMERAS - I have security cameras on the exterior of the property. DAMAGES - You are responsible for any and all damage to the space / items. INJURIES - I am not liable for injuries PARKING - There is space for two cars max in the driveway and a nearby parking lot along with street parking for up to 3 vehicles. Large vehicles are not allowed to park in the driveway (please contact me to for details on what qualifies as a large vehicle). PLEASE NOTE: All booking start and end times are inclusive of setup and tear down time.
