About the Space
1500 sqft fully equipped photo studio. We have everything you need already! Lights, stands, tons of colored backgrounds, v-flats, flags, and grip! We also have great indirect natural light all day long. The space is a giant square so you have plenty of room to spread out your set. We also have a full kitchen and bathroom with a functioning shower. We also have a double door and a service elevator to load up all necessary gear. We also have tons of paper rolls that can be rented for $20. Message us for current selection.

- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
- Space has access to outdoor air ventilation

I paid for a photo studio but got an office space. I did not not know my rental was also to include two men who would make continuous interruptions on my photo shoot session. My model felt uncomfortable by the men and we could not do all the shots we wanted to because of the two men in our space. The interruptions included making coffee in the kitchen, going to the bathroom, which we could hear, and constantly moving around which distracted us both. It would have been professional for Carlos to divulge that someone else was also using the studio, because then I would not have reserved it.
