Enhanced COVID-19 Health & Safety Measures
WE just ask that the space be returned to the state in which it was found which includes removal of any items brought in, disposal of trash, floors swept and mopped, counters wiped. Any damage done to the space will be charged.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
- Hand Sanitizer
- Disposable gloves
- Disposable masks / face coverings
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
The space has the following features:

Parking description
There are many options for street parking. Paid in front of the location, free on the side streets. We also have free spot behind our restaurant that is free and can be used for a large vehicle if using for a photoshoot for example.
General Rules
No Smoking in the building. You may bring in furniture or decor but it must be removed at the end of event and space must be cleaned after use.

Security cameras and recording devices
We have 2 cameras on site for security purposes. If requested, we can shut them off for your event.
Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.

Yes, I would book again.
Beautiful space! Responsive host, looked exactly as advertised. We did a video shoot here and made some touches, but the space was already perfect for our purposes with little to no styling. Would book again!
