Gorgeous mansion in the hills of Orange County ideal for photoshoots, video shoots, or events. Spaces available: - Backyard with BBQ, Pool, Garden, multiple sitting areas, and pool chairs. - Living Room - Kitchen - Dining Area - Bar (With outdoor access) The house has massive floor to cieling sliding glass windows, framing panoramic views of Orange County all the way to the ocean. The windows open up to create a seamless indoor/outdoor experience Please be advised that we are within the John Wayne Airport flight path and ocasionally get planes flying overhead which may interfere with your audio.

We picked this location because of the openness and eclectic furniture provided a great backdrop with pleasing colors and angles for our film interviews. Many of our interviewees were very impressed with the look of the house and the location. The nice overlook of the city in the backyard was great to stare at for our subjects waiting to be filmed. Kathy was very kind and responsive throughout the whole booking process. Her husband Bob was a very gracious and understanding host. He even kept good conversation with our interviewees while they were waiting. Only friendly advice I would provide is that the description on Peerspace should be updated that the owners will be onsite at all times and there are dogs present as well. We did receive some questions from our staff about those things. I do recommend this location and will consider shooting here again in the future for other filming needs. Thanks!
