Our conference rooms are equipped with flat-screen TV monitors with both HDMI and wireless connectivity, teleconferencing capabilities, and rolling/movable white boards with markers. Our Community Managers are available to help you with any of your AV needs. Outlets are plentiful to allow you to recharge devices easily. This conference room has a 4 seat capacity. In the midst of Tech Center Marketplace, this space is conveniently located near a variety of restaurants, retail shops, and convenience stores. Parking description

Free large onsite parking lot just outside the building.

General Rules

Guests must leave conference room in good working order when finished, to include: Chairs tucked in, trash taken out, all plates, cups, etc. taken to the kitchen, counters wiped down, TV off, door open. Do not unplug or rewire any electronic components. Contact a community manager for AV/tech help. No smoking inside the building, no disrobing, and no pets (service animals are the exception).

Security cameras and recording devices

We have security cameras that are always on at our main entrance/front desk, in our kitchen area, and at all other entrances/exits.

Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.

Health and Safety Measures

We provide disinfecting wipes/sprays with paper towels for cleaning up spaces before, after, and during use. We also provide hand sanitizer and disposable masks. We have teams that clean and sanitize the space every day.

Enhanced cleaning measures:

The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
