Enhanced COVID-19 Health & Safety Measures
Our cleaning schedule is arrange so as the property is completely cleaned at 10.00am before any guests arrive.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
- Disposable masks / face coverings
- Hand Sanitizer
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
The space has the following features:
- Space has access to outdoor air ventilation
- Space has additional space outdoors
- Space has been reconfigured to allow for physical distance
The space has informational signage including:
- Common areas have 6-foot (2-metre) markers on floors
About the Space
Open plan designed apartment duplex, 3 bedrooms, the complete property can be used. You will probably never use a space anywhere like this again! Architect-designed luxury duplex 1600 square foot main door apartment in central Edinburgh, furnished with luxury BoConcept furniture, sonos systems and 1 Gigabit fiber internet. There is free unrestricted parking at the door, The Royal Mile, Scottish Parliament and so much more is only a 15 minute walk away. We also have Arthurs Seat and Holyrood park literally on our doorstep. My home is a mix of historic Edinburgh with green views. The space would be great for team days, team building or more casual meetings.

Security cameras and recording devices
Cameras are out side of front and rear of the property and can be switched off, if need be.
Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.
