Bright Modern Creative Space - Boutique Storefront-Enclosed Patio-Side Garden This space is available for day and evening events. We created a unique boutique-style venue with a reflection of cozy and sophisticated to give a feel of a home. With its calming subdued color pallet that is intimate and minimal structured to be event-ready "as-is" while also providing a beautiful blank canvas, customizable to build a dream event! The space is located in a residential area- -with free street parking. The building is privately owned, making it easier to manage and coordinate—Ground floor and street access for easy delivery. As a resident of beautiful Altadena, I am happy to share my space with creative minds like yours to make your vision a reality. Friday - Saturday - Sunday Minimum 6 hours Monday - Tuesday - Wednesday - Thursday Minimum 4 hours Photoshoots - hours can be discussed. The MAIN ROOM and ENCLOSED PATIO are $ 150 an hour. A Mexican restaurant, Kings, and Ace hardware are conveniently located across the street, and supermarkets are within 1 mile ( Aldi’s, Grocery Outlet, Kings Super Market). Dollar King is perfect for last-minute items if you forgot basic general supplies. -Located in Altadena (Hills of Pasadena), we are just outside of Los Angeles and centrally close to Rose Bowl and Old Town Pasadena. This includes caterers, food trucks, family members who arrive to start moving tables, etc. And we will stop the clock when you leave. ● Absolutely NO CONFETTI of any kind ($100 penalty fee) If you have any additional questions, please feel free to reach out. PARKING Easy open parking on Santa Anita Ave and any side streets. Guests should enter and exit Venue through the Front Door. 2 Reserved Spots in the Back Parking Lot for Hosting or Catering. SPECIAL NOTE: no parking on Friday on Woodbury Road from 8-1 pm for street cleaning. RENTAL AGREEMENT AND REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT We need a signed rental agreement and refundable damage deposit; you will be contacted to sign and submit a deposit if you submit a booking request. The damage deposit will be returned to you within 10 business days after your event, assuming no damage to the space. Seriously look no further. As someone who looked at so many venues once me and my boyfriend saw this venue we knew this one was it! We had our baby shower here and it was great. We had about 60-70 people. It accommodated everyone. Samera was so helpful and easy to work with the whole time. She’s so helpful and can literally make anything happen. I will definitely book again! Parking was easy and there being a party supply store next door made things a whole lot easier.

I absolutely love this space! Samera was very helpful and was there if we needed her, she made the space look so nice and open which is what I needed.
