THINGS - TO - KNOW ● 4hrs. minimum ● We will start the clock as soon as anyone in your party arrives to set up. This includes caterers, food trucks, family members who arrive to start moving tables, etc. And we will stop the clock when you leave. If you have any additional questions, please feel free to reach out. PARKING Easy open parking on Santa Anita Ave and any side streets. Guests should enter and exit Venue through the Front Door. 2 Reserved Spots in the Back Parking Lot for Hosting or Catering. RENTAL AGREEMENT AND REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT We need a signed rental agreement and refundable damage deposit; you will be contacted to sign and submit a deposit if you submit a booking request. The damage deposit will be returned to you within 10 business days after your event, assuming no damage to the space. GREETINGS: For your convenience, we are happy to meet our guests to give the rundown and get you settled and comfortable. CLOSING TIME: Our cleaning crew will sweep/ mop the floors, clean the bathroom, etc., but you are responsible for removing all trash, decorations & personal belongings at the end of your rental period. There is trash & a dumpster right behind the building for your convenience. However, we will invoice you if we have to do excessive clean-up after you or if you break things. EXTRA TIME: If we don't have a conflict, we can extend for any subsequent hours after your scheduled time ends. We are happy to accommodate ONE site visit for our guests. Additional walk-throughs, site visits, and any negotiated load-ins before the rental period will be billed at $50 per visit. FEATURES: Central air conditioning and heating The studio’s ground floor entrance makes it easy to load/unload equipment and can accommodate any size truck. 2 parking spaces included, and free all-day street parking. EQUIPMENT LOADING: Equipment can be loaded in through the driveway, but cars must be moved after as a shared space to allow other retail access in and out of the driveway. PARKING: 2 dedicated parking space is included with the rental. Please do not double park cars or park them in the driveway. Additional vehicles can be parked all day for free in the residential neighborhood. GENERAL RULES: -The time needed for setup and cleanup must be included in the hours booked. -Loss or damage to furniture or equipment is billable -Furniture and décor may be moved and replaced in their original place. -All trash must be placed in the dumpster behind our building -Additional Cleaning Fee For Larger Events- $200.00 flat fee

Yes, I would book again.

Seriously look no further. As someone who looked at so many venues once me and my boyfriend saw this venue we knew this one was it! We had our baby shower here and it was great. We had about 60-70 people. It accommodated everyone. Samera was so helpful and easy to work with the whole time. She’s so helpful and can literally make anything happen. I will definitely book again! Parking was easy and there being a party supply store next door made things a whole lot easier.

I absolutely love this space! Samera was very helpful and was there if we needed her, she made the space look so nice and open which is what I needed. My family and friends thought it was a beautiful place as well. We celebrated my daughters 1st birthday and transformed the space into a candy shop! Will definitely book again.
