Enhanced COVID-19 Health & Safety Measures

We are committed to provided a clean space to our guest. After each appointment the space is both cleaned and disinfected before the next arrival. There will also be printout for guidelines should you have any questions.

Enhanced cleaning measures:

The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

The following equipment is provided for every guest:

Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
Hand Sanitizer

About the Space

Stunning floor to ceiling windows and ample natural light in this downtown studio. Boast a beautiful blank canvas with its whites and creams for flooring, walls and decor. Curated with furniture from CB2, pottery barn, target and more! There is a makeup station with makeup chairs for your use. A steamer on site, small fridge with refreshments and clothing racks for hanging your clothing. There are two parts to the studio. Upon entering there is the section for makeup as well as the backdrop wall that has a mechanical backdrop holding the colors; Black, brown, white and pink. You are welcome to bring your own backdrop and photography/film lighting. There is a changing room with a full length mirror. In the main room there are 6 floor to ceiling windows allowing for ample natural light! In this room you are able to move furniture around to create the look you want to shoot.

Parking description

During the week there is paid metered parking available directly outside of the building. During the weekend onsite parking is free and there is ample parking available.

General Rules

Our rules are quite simple we just ask that you treat our space like you would treat your home. If you want to move any furniture ask for help you can move any furniture we just ask that you do not drag anything across the floor. NO OUTSIDE FOOD NO SMOKE MACHINES NO OPEN FLAMES NO LOUD MUSIC NO PETS NO EXTRA GUEST UNLESS THEY ARE DIRECTLY APART OF THE FILM PROJECT/SHOOT PROJECT

All ages are allowed in the space

Security cameras and recording devices

There are recording security cameras in the common areas. There are no security cameras in the changing room. The cameras record video as well as audio. There is one camera in the entry way and one more in the main shooting space.

Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.
