Please read these house rules at the beginning of your stay and follow them. If anything is unclear, please contact me so I can explain in further detail to avoid any misunderstandings.
All guests must be verified and cannot bring additional guests without the approval of the Host. If the rules are not followed, we will terminate the rental and there is no refunds
I will be asking for ID from the guest that was verified by the reservation. Keep in mind only verified guests will be permitted to the space. All additional guests must present ID and the host must be informed in advance.
Please let me know what time you are going to be coming to Check in so we can keep on schedule.
- This is a creative space, not a hotel, and is also my home, please be respectful of the property and keep it clean before you leave. (Respect our property and our things)
- If you have a complaint about any aspect of the property upon and/or to us you are authorizing us to enter the property and fix the stated issue to solve the problem. We don't need permission to access the property if there is something that you deem unsuitable, that needs remedy.
-Do not move the mirrors. The mirror is placed in the space for decor only. The nine foot mirror is heavy. If you move the mirror in the bedroom we are not responsible if it cracks, you are responsible to replace it.
-Make sure to turn off the lights, and any electronics when you leave the house. Don’t forget to close the windows in the bedroom and bathroom (keeps the bugs away). The Lock is a smart lock, so it is easy to get locked out. To keep everyone safe the house keeper changes the code after every stay.
- Smoking is a violation of our house rules and something you can’t do. This leaves the house in a condition not suitable for the next guest.
- Locals must contact the host before booking
- Your white glove service includes linens, bath towels, as well as a starting supply of essentials such as toilet paper, paper towels, laundry pods and basic toiletries. Additional supplies can be purchased by guests for an additional charge.
- To provide the best quality service to our guest, we offer luxury hotel-quality towels/linens. Please be respectful of bed sheets and towels.
- Makeup/foundation, towels are to be used only for their intended purposes (Any makeup/foundation face medications/creams, and tanning products that stain our regular towels will result in additional charges Please avoid using regular hand/bath towels with all skin products. Guests are not to wash laundry belonging to the home in order to hide stains. Un-salvageable linens/bath towels will be charged to the guest. Our Housekeeping team will wash all the laundry.
- If your late checkout exceeds two hours, we will charge you for an additional day. This does not award you possession of the property for an additional day, it is a penalty assessed for holding up our next guest and preventing our housekeeping team from doing their jobs
- This additional day charge is the BASE RATE of the room without discounts that may have been applied.
- The occupancy limit for this property is 10 and guest over 10 must be any additional guest on the property will be automatically vacated for trespassing
- Broken, damaged, or missing items will result in additional charges- No parties or events
- No loud noises between 9pm- 8am
- No outside noises between 8pm-10am
- No unregistered guests
- No illegal activities and weapons of any kind - No smoking of any kind

- Do not rearrange furniture - Please let us know immediately if something is malfunctioning so it can be rectified. However, all damages or missing items will need to be paid for by you before departure.
- If the house is damaged or dirty, in a condition beyond what a reasonable, courteous, guest would leave the apartment in, an additional $200 cleaning fee will be assessed.
- To maintain COVID - 19 guidelines that stay over 7 days will be assessed an additional cleaning every 7-day period. This is to maintain our COVID 19 status and adhere to our policy guidelines
- Please acknowledge that occasionally, we may leave consumables such as condiments or snacks. These are free and please indulge yourself to your desire. HOWEVER, ultimately, it is up to the guests' discretion and inspection to consume these items if they wish. The host does not take any responsibility for the consumables or any allergies that the guest might have.
Clothes steamer is located in the closet with hangers. Two sets of towels are placed in the bed and extra in the bathroom. Supplies stocked are usually enough for three days: All-purpose cleaner, dishwashing liquid, kitchen trash bags, paper towels, napkins etc are located in the kitchen cabinets.
- Any house rules violation is ground for immediate termination no refund
• $300 Per hour that you are smoking inside or on the property
• $200 Late Checkout Fee
• $Price of the room for the day with no discounted rate (Base Rate) if the late checkout exceeds 2 hours.
• $250 Smart Lock replacement if our smart lock equipment is damaged
