Enhanced COVID-19 Health & Safety Measures

Spot cleaning of seating and tables/bars is performed between guests. Full cleaning is performed at close of business. We operate 2 air purification devices by MoLEKULE using UV light to purify the air passing through them while serving customers.

Enhanced cleaning measures:

Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

About the Space

An ideal space for meetings/seating up to 40 people as all of our seating is free-standing and moveable. A single room, very comfortable and pleasing to the eye, suitable for meetings, social events, celebrations and other gatherings. Social events with people standing allow a capacity to 50 people. We have audio available and 2 big screen TV’s that may be accessed for presentations. Our beverages include 75 wines, several beers, soft drinks, sparkling water, coffee and tea. We feature many small plate selections of gourmet food and can cook a custom menu/banquet with a week of notice. There is a trained chef on-board and servers have 4-10 years experience.

Street parking is limited but use several public lots within 1-3 blocks at no charge.

General Rules

No smoking inside. No outside alcohol or food to be brought in without prior written permission of the management. Guests may book our space anytime of day through midnight. We are full service serving food, beer, wine and wine cocktails + other non-alcohol drinks.

All ages are allowed in the space

Several video only cameras throughout our space, in use 24/7. None in the restroom.

Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.
