You will find your space clean and ready to use at the beginning of your booking.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

About the Space
This newly renovated multi purpose space is perfect for classes, photo shoots, co-working space, office , or any other suitable activity. The space is totally empty and unfurnished, please let us know if we can facilitate anything for your particular activity. The space is located in a building that has private parking lot, waiting area, kitchenette and restrooms. Please note this space is not handicap accessible, you must use STAIRS to access the space. Please inquire about your particular purpose for renting so we can make accommodations.

Lighting description
The space has some natural light (4 windows) that can be controlled with blinds and a lot of artificial daylight light from light fixtures. Lights can be changed from day light to warmer temperatures.
Space is not soundproof
Ambient noise description
The space is in the lower level of the building; upstairs is occupied by a couple of professional offices. However, it is very quiet. There is no noise from appliances or AC.

There is a small waiting are adjacent to the room and restrooms that can be used for setup or makeup. If a larger room is needed, an adjacent room (200 sq.ft. approx.) can be used at an additional cost.

Security cameras and recording devices
There are security cameras in the parking lot and in the main lobby ONLY . However, the space you are renting does not have cameras or any recording system.
Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.
