A speakeasy-style artist parlour tucked away in Williamsburg. This boutique space features carefully chosen vintage decor and curious details, hinting of veiled secrets, unsolved mysteries and forbidden romance. Our studio is fully decorated, photo ready, and conveniently located in Williamsburg, Brooklyn. This unique space is suitable for photo and video shoots with crews up to 15. The studio features one large, completely private room which is fully furnished, lit, and decorated. Please let us know in your request which side of the room you're interested in using - Artist's Parlour or Retro Trailer (or both!). Available Tuesday-Sunday | 8am-9pm (bookings outside these hours may be subject to higher rates) SPACE FEATURES - 750 ft² studio space - 26' x 28' rough dimensions - Fully Furnished and decorated - Feature lighting - Bluetooth Speakers - WiFi - Work table and chairs - Fridge - Restroom CONVENIENCE Conveniently located off the Bedford L station in Williamsburg SCHEDULING Our minimum booking is 3hrs (or the equivalent rate). Shorter bookings almost always end up using additional time which incurs overtime fees. Please be sure your booking request includes enough time to load in, set up, wrap, and load out. DAYLIGHT This studio has NO windows! ...But the photo shows a large windowed balcony?! It's a light box built into the wall for photo shoots. It looks and feels like sunlight streaming through the doors when it's on, but it's an illusion. Regardless of the actual time of day, the light in the room is controllable, from bright daylight to a subdued evening glow. RECORDING SOUND? It's a new space, and so far has been quiet enough for recording clean audio. That said, we are not a sound stage and can't guarantee that there won't be occasional sounds from the hallway, or a random car horn. IS THERE A BATHROOM? Yes, but it's not for the faint of heart. We are located in a basement and have little control over the amenities. There's a toilet and a sink but you have to go through a storage room to get there. We are working with the landlord to make it nicer... eventually. Rather than changing in the bathroom, let us know if you need a private area and we'll make a space for you in our studio. GIANT FABRIC HEART Due to its fragile nature, this prop may only be handled for an additional fee of $35/day. STUDIO EQUIPMENT Don't lug your C-Stands around! We have c-stands and various other grip equipment available for your convenience.
