About the Space

Culxr House is a great space for intimate events, open mics, live music, art shows, exhibitions, and panel discussions, birthday and graduation celebrations. +Perfect for creatives and touring artist +music video +photo shoot +podcast recording +audio recording +musician rehearsals The nearly 8,000 sq ft building is divided into 2 sections. Area A - includes a cafe style counter top perfect for light food and beverages with a wash sink. Also inside includes a local maker shop that with vintage clothes, vinyl records, cds and books to purchase or check out. This intimate area features a performance stage with a PA system. Area B - Feed Creativity Warehouse is full of vibrant local artist from the city. Great for larger scale events such as concerts, art shows, performing arts and small business pop up’s.

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
  • Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
  • Disposable gloves
