The home has an available two car garage, and two car drive way for parking. The home also conveniently backs up to a large, quiet parking lot with easy access to the home through the back yard gate.

General Rules

General Rules * No loud noise between 9pm and 8am * No smoking * No pets allowed without pre-approval * Booking guests must provide additional insurance + valid permits for all vendors * All rentals include setup and teardown time * Furniture must be moved back to where you found it * Guests must remove any equipment they bring into the space by the end of the booking * Doors must be locked upon departure from the space

All ages are allowed in the space

Production insurance is required

Proof of production insurance must be provided prior to arrival.

Furniture and decorations may be moved

The furniture in the home can be moved as needed by professionals. Guests are responsible for leaving the home how they found it.

No smoke machines allowed

Security cameras and recording devices

The home has two outside security cameras. It also has 2 decibel sound meters that monitor the sound level of the home. One is located in the game room, one is located in the back yard. There are no internal security cameras.

Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.

Professionally cleaned and maintained High touch areas are disinfected Bedding and linens washed + disinfected

Enhanced cleaning measures:

The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
