1. Film adult productions or nudity
2. Use illegal substances. The use or involvement of illegal substances is strictly prohibited and will result in eviction from the property and may result in law enforcement participation.
3. Smoke
4. Use glitter, confetti, silly string, wax, rice, sand, flower petals, or other similar small-sized decorations, including balloons that contain any of the above.
5. Alter the walls or floors with holes, nails, screws, stables or other penetrating items.
Please DO's :)
1. Be transparent about the nature of your project. Any undisclosed aspects of the booking will incur additional charges and/or result in the booking being shut down.
2. Communicate needs for taking down or replacing any wall art.
3. Use removable, non-damaging tape or gummed backing materials to adhere anything to the walls or floors.
4. Protect flooring and furniture, including immediately cleaning up any spills.
5. Following any local or CDC guidelines
6. Acquire any necessary permits or insurance
7. Tidy the space to its original condition at the completion of your project.
8. Schedule a scouting visit! We are happy to accommodate (1) scouting visit prior to a booking reservation being made.
Please consider:
1. Dates are available on a first book/first serve basis and will not be held without deposit or reservation.
2. A walk-through is required before and after all bookings.
3. Booking start and end times are inclusive of setup, tear down, and clean up time, so please be mindful when completing your reservation. The space must be vacated and all items brought into the space must be removed by the end time of your booking reservation.
4. Overtime will be charged at 1.5x the hourly rate, starting at each half hour over time.
5. Any fees for damages, overtime, etc. will be charged to the card on file with Peerspace.
6. The posted price per hour is for a crew of 25 people max including crew & talent. Larger
productions can be accommodated after discussing size needs and pricing. Please contact us through the message center and include the following:
*Total number of crew & talent
*Desired date(s)
*Exact hours you will need (ie. 7am-7pm) including load-in/load-out, setup and tear-down
*Equipment & lighting specs
