Modern square-shaped spacious meeting room with high ceilings and beautiful grey laminate flooring with floor-to-ceiling windows for natural light. Windows also have shades installed to limit natural light if you like. The conference table seats 10. Additional seats can be added for an additional charge. The conference room includes whiteboards and smart TV for presentations. Onsite amenities include multi-stall restrooms and a kitchen for the service of refreshments. Please inform the host in advance if kitchen usage is needed. Parking is abundant and the property offers convenient freeway access. Dear Potential Guests, we highly value our Guests! worst landlord ever. never seen any smile on their face. they talk to you like you owe them money. they talk to you like making order to you. We wen rent their place, Their metal chair back rub the wall, made a few stain on the wall. we agreed that we will try fixing those stain. we agreed that they can also discuss the cost to fix them themselves. Without any notice and discussion, we received a $175 bill. I would definitely not book this place anymore.

Highly recommend Kavita’s space. Very large room, plenty of space for 10 people. Large TV to present with. Big whiteboard for brainstorming. I’m looking forward to hosting more events there.
