All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

The following equipment is provided for every guest:

Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
Hand Sanitizer

General Rules

General Rules Overtime: please reach out to us directly to make sure there is no other renters right after you. If for any reason, your shoot has gone over time, without communicating with us. We will be charging a 1.5x overtime fee to your booking. Please treat our space as it is your own, leave it as you found it - No smoking/vaping - No smoke/fog machines - No glitter/confetti - Currently not providing any seamless paper. - Dump out water before you recycle any drinks. No smoke machines allowed Security cameras and recording devices: We have a motion sensor monitor in the studio for liability.

Production insurance is not required

Furniture and decorations may be moved

Decorations can be moved as needed, everything must be returned to its original space.

There is 1 security camera in the studio, it is mounted and easily visible. This will stay on, exception may be made if space is booked for boudoir sessions.

Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.
