Enhanced cleaning measures:
  • High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
  • Hand Sanitizer
  • Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
  • Disposable masks / face coverings
The space has the following features:
  • Space has HEPA-certified air filters
  • Space has been reconfigured to allow for physical distance

We hosted our department staff retreat in this space and loved it! It was conveniently close to campus and was bright and welcoming. We are considering using it for future meetings. If you have a small group and want to break up the monotony of the office, I highly recommend this conference space!

Excellent space located conivently south of downtown Houston. Large clean room - all the amenities we needed to have a succesful full day meeting include a whiteboard, large table and monitor. Access to the building was easy and fast and facilaited through excellent emails to guide us.
