About the Space
5,500 sq foot custom modern home with a big open living space. 4 bedrooms are on the 2nd floor along with 3 bathrooms. We have a large private backyard with a lawn and a pool and a stand-alone hot tub. Mediterranean landscape in both the front and backyard. Also in the back is an outdoor fireplace and seating area around it. There's a "man cave" basement with a bar and shuffleboard table that's dark and moody. In front we have a carport with a driveway that faces the street.

Cancellation Policy

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
