About the Space
This space features an open-floor plan and several production features that will allow you to capture and create all of your film and photography needs. Includes studio backdrop, green screen curtain, work stations, plenty of natural lighting, bathrooms, coffee. We also offer studio lighting as needed.

Space has natural light
Natural light can not be blocked out
Lighting description
The space has beautiful natural light and varies throughout the day. We have soft, white curtains that dampen the light. We also have some ability to block out the light with various curtains. Please review the photos to get a sense of the light. Thank you!
Space is soundproof
Ambient noise description
We have some soundproofing in our smaller studio. The studio is generally quiet without much foot traffic. There are occasional cars and trucks that go by which provide a city ambience.

Equipment loading description
There are two large glass doors that open at the front of the building. The space is on the ground floor and has an entryway with 5 stairs to access the front door. Once you are inside, the studio door is immediately available on your right hand side.
Staging area is available
There are two rooms within the studio. There is also a large walk in closet and bathrooms. If you are filming in the primary studio, the smaller studio may be used to stage talent and similar.
All rooms are available for shooting
Shooting the exterior of the building is not allowed
Electrical system description
There are standard outlets throughout the space and we have 2 surge protectors that have decent length to plug in lights and equipment throughout the space.
Circuit breaker can not be accessed
General Rules
Door must remain locked at all times. Be respectful of the space. Designated smoking area outside of building.
All ages are allowed in the space
Production insurance is required
Furniture and decorations may be moved
Most furniture can be moved. The primary studio has lightweight desks and stools that are easy to move. The smaller space has larger furniture, which cannot be moved.

We have a professional cleaning crew support us with each rental.
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
