- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.

The home contains 5 bedrooms and 5.5 baths, each bedroom contains a private bath. The master suite contains a large and luxurious master bath. The home is fully furnished. 10 feet ceilings throughout the home. A large and fully landscaped outdoor space and a beautiful salt water pool with a waterfall and hot tub. The space is great for videos and photoshoots. The owner also has luxury vehicles available for rent, at an additional fee.
