About the Space
*Update* *Our floors are now a light oak wood colour and we no longer have the dining table available * This space is an interior curated room, based in Central London. Each room has a unique setting, tailored to portray a different feel & vibe to meet the needs of all types of digital content creators and influencers. The space is newly established in North Kensington. Our Studio room is Comfortable, Clean and Client Friendly. The space is available for rent to anyone doing a small or medium photoshoot, from portraits and headshots to fashion and e-commerce. Equipment is available to use in the studio, including phone/camera tripods, flash & soft box lights, background paper, a makeup area, changing area, and other important facilities. The studio also has some natural lighting with a curtain cover option. The studio is purposely designed to spark creativity, be aesthetically pleasing, inspirational and good vibes; this causes Many Rooms to be one of the most sought after spaces in London. We are open every day of the week. Studio Hire prices include use of all our equipment except for our backdrop/colorama which is an additional £15. The space is available to hire at some of the most competitive hourly hire rates in London. *Please note* the images shown in the gallery are a variety of past and present images of the room, if you require specific items please send us a message to check if we still have it, we are happy to source items for your production - 2 weeks notice is needed for thus additional service.

- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

We couldn't get access for about 30 minutes, which for us was a problem, as we had a meeting elsewhere. This place is not for video interviews, podcasts, lots of noise from outside and the next door; we had so many difficulties getting it right. I wont be booking again for video production purposes. It's, however, a beautiful place for a photoshoot, or if you don't care about the outside noise.

The team were so helpful when booking our shoot which ended up being a full two days. Unfortunately it wasn't cleaned properly on the first day however it was remedied that evening ready for the shoot day on day 2 and they were very apologetic as there seemed to be a mix up with a new cleaner. Nadia was incredibly friendly and helpful! The space is lovely, perfect props for a lifestyle shoot and many areas to shoot. We would definitely look to shoot again here in the future.

The Kensington studio was perfect for my shoot as the room had amazing décor and many options to work with. The place was well lit with additional lights to set up and use. The hosts, Dorothy and Nadia, were great and very helpful. Couldn't recommend this studio any higher.
