We are taking your special occasion seriously and truly wants you to have the best time! Our guests can reach us for any questions and concerns. Book our home conveniently located in St Petersburg Fl with best possible water view! We providing outdoor furniture, speakers, heated jacuzzi and large pool with floaters. Please read reviews! Enhanced cleaning measures:
  • The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
  • High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
  • Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
  • Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
  • Hand Sanitizer

Yes, I would book again.

Beautiful location and set up for small graduation party. Vera and Peter were fantastic hosts - had everything ready to go for us, and even helped out with items the caterers didn't bring. There was so much room to set up food and spread out and relax - both in the shade and in the sun. So very happy that we were able to host our party here. Can't ask for a better host family and location!!! Thank you!!

I highly recommend booking this space with Vera! If you need a place to hold a special event this is definitely the spot. I cannot tell you how accommodating Vera and her husband were. They made sure we had what we needed and stayed in communication with us throughout the event to make sure we were having a great day. In terms of the home the house is breathtaking and the patio is stunning. We even had dolphins come to the dock and visit us! This was truly a day to remember and I can only thank Vera and Peter for allowing us to rent their home and help make my parents vow renewal special!

I coordinated to have my mothers celebration of life at Vera’s home and it was nothing short of amazing. Such a beautiful venue. Vera was such a wonderful host. Attentive, flexible, and super easy to work with. I would highly recommend booking with her.

The house is super impressive, It has a wonderful view and it is exactly as pictured. The only takeaway is that the owners still live there. It is not like a Airbnb that you have the place to yourself. However, the owners were very accommodating and kind. And were there to answer all of our questions, she even took some BTS scenes while we were filming. She also let us use the kids rooms, for dress rehearsals but you can't really film in the rooms due to the personal items. But I am sure if you explain the vision and purpose for the house she could work something out for you. Other than that I had a great time, and I would still recommend this home.

This space was breathtaking and worth every penny spent. Vera was an effective communicator and super accommodating. I had a wonderful 40th birthday celebration, thanks largely to Vera working seamlessly with my sister. Thank you for your kindness and light.
