About the Space
You can use this as a day office, conference meetings, content creation in our studio. We have three different spaces made to work, collaborate, shoot video or photo shoots. We have desks, white boards, smart TVs, Conference tables, Studio with lights, stands and backdrops. If you and your friends are starting your own company and need a space to work, or need a studio to shoot some content for your brand, podcast to record, we have everything here for you.

Parking description
The parking lot can fit up to 10 cars, during the day 9-5 there are less available as more people are in the office. Street parking has many more options just feet away. It is all free parking.
General Rules
Respect the space and team using the space. We welcome people to use the space in a collaborating and co-working space, but we expect things do not get taken, removed from location or dissembled in any way.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
Clean after yourself and your mess. Our team will come in after each day for proper cleaning as well.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
- Hand Sanitizer
The space has the following features:

- Space has been reconfigured to allow for physical distance
The space has informational signage including:
