All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

About the Space

COME FOR 1 hour or more and get a feel for our amazing space. Once booked you will have access to our Open layout with outdoor patio use and 3 acres of space for you to walk and take a break while working. You will feel productive, inspired and have some quite time when you need it. You have to come to see. Promise you will not regret it

General Rules

Good vibes only open 9am-5pm later times can be booked with advance notice (contact host) your can bring your lunch we have a fridge and microwave. We are also close to over 80 different restaurants and shops if needed. Uber eats, door dash etc.. also can be ordered. Free parking wifi, coffee,tea,copy,printer,scan, office supplies, outdoor space, quite spaces.
