About the Space

Welcome to The C-Cents Conference Training Room, where we aim to create workspace for open discussion and collaboration in a socially safe environment. Host your next virtual or in-person conference, club meeting, social, or organization meet-up here. Our space is flexile to accommodate a variety of layouts We are attentive to cleanliness and will ensure the upmost precaution during your rental. The location of the training room is in a low traffic, quiet space, isolated at the end of a hallway.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
Enhanced cleaning measures:
  • The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
  • High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
  • Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
  • Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
  • Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
  • Disposable masks / face coverings
  • Hand Sanitizer
The space has the following features:
  • Capacity is limited based on governmental guidelines
  • Space has been reconfigured to allow for physical distance
The space has informational signage including:

No, I would not book again.

Not clear instructions on getting to the actual space within the building. I would not fully recommend if you have a lot of equipment. They also tried to up charge us a non ethical amount for what’s suppose to be included within the space.

Great space! Lots of natural light and very modular for different needs. They were friendly and accomodating throughout!
