To Maintain a Creative, Respectable, Fun and Safe Environment we ask that all Artists / Clients be aware of the following: • Due to Covid-19 Safety Guidelines, All Bookings, Sessions, and Podcast Shows will be limited to a Maximum of 7 people Total. This includes , artists, musicians, show hosts and guests. Masks must be worn when traveling through our building. Masks can be removed only while recording. No exceptions. Please make sure that your headcount is accurate and emailed to us when you book so that we can stay true to Covid 19 Compliances. • There will be No Smoking Inside the building, this includes marijuana, vape, hookah, cigars, and cigarettes. If you must smoke, please smoke before you come as there will be no loitering in the parking lot. • Your session begins and ends at the times that you book it. No Exceptions. Sessions will not be pushed back, nor your deposit refunded if you are late to the agreed upon time of your session. You will be allowed 15 minutes prior to your session to set up hardware, instruments, mid controllers etc. Please allow time prior to the end of your session, for the transfer of your session files and data onto your external hard drive. Extra Time will not be granted to transfer data after your session is complete. We suggest that clients use the last 15-30 minutes of their session to transfer data files to their external hard drive files. SESSION FILES Please email all session files that you plan to work on, 3 days prior to your sessions so that we can optimize the full time of your booking to: [email protected] NOTE: Please bring an external hard drive. At the end of each session, your session files and data will be transferred to your external hard drive, we do not save session files unless requested. For any of your session’s data that you request to be stored on our hard drives at 7LOVE Recording Facility past 30 days of a completed session, there will be a charge $20 dollars per gig per month. If you do not have an external hard drive with you at the time of your session, your sessions files and data will be uploaded and sent Via WeTransfer / Google Drive (No Drop Box). Free of Charge for the 1st session upload, and $20 per session upload after that. • All Sessions must be paid in full before session data/files are delivered to client. MP3's and Waves included. No Exceptions • Absolutely NO VIDEO SHOOT FILMING outside of our building. NO EXTERIOR STREET SHOTS IN THE PARKING LOT OR ON BURNETT ST. We strictly enforce this rule, no exceptions please do not ask. • We reserve the right to take photos / video and share behind the scenes of sessions for the promotion of your studio We understand if you do not want content shared or posted until your project is near or due to come out we will ask and show distraction before we post anything that has to do with your project.
