No staff will be recorded if not agreed upon in advance
Everything will be left the way it was when you arrived
All filming will be done outside of operation hours unless previously discussed.
A staff member may be assigned to be with your group at all times
If content is of a questionable nature it will be approved by ownership prior to filming
All ages are allowed in the space
Security cameras and recording devices
They can be off while filming. Only in public areas but easy to turn off.
Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.

Health and Safety Measures
A cleaning crew cleans the entire building every night. Each theater is cleaned in between movies as well.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
