COVID-19 Health & Safety Measures
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
Sweep, mop, vacuum, and clean the space.
Supply a handwashing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning

The space also has park benches outside and a huge parking lot. Our LOCATION MANAGER will be present to assist, answer any questions you might have, and help make your event the best one.

Parking description
PLEASE NOTE: This venue space is including the parking lot where you'll most likely be utilizing that area for your event. There is meter parking on Ventura Blvd, it's free after 8 pm on weekdays, and free all day Sundays. The inside of the gates can park 8-10 vehicles but that's only if YOU ARE NOT going to utilize the parking lot during your event, photoshoot, or production. We strongly recommend for large or small events you inform all your guests to UBER or plan on parking on Ventura Blvd. The inside premises is most likely going to be filled with your guest, equipment, vendors, and decorations. During the time you inquire, we will review these details before accepting your reservation so everyone is clear on the details. We just want to ensure on the day of your scheduled event or shoot everything is nice and smooth with no confusion. Lastly we provide an on-site Location Manager free of charge who is there to assist throughout the entire setup and closing process. Thank you!!
General Rules
** Have a VALID STATE-ISSUED ID present on the day of the shoot/event **
We use multiple sources to fill up our calendar dates, please inquire about availability before sending the request to book.
BOOKING TIMEFRAME
Your rental includes your arrival, set up, clean up, and departure.
There are often multiple bookings on the same day, so be sure to book for as many hours as necessary just in case you won't be able to extend the day.
ATTENDEES
The number of attendees is the total number of people who enter the space during your event, including renter(s), planners, vendors (caterers, etc.), guests (including children), etc. regardless of the amount of time spent.
The number of guests you have listed on your booking should be the EXACT number of people in attendance. If you need to add more people you need to do so ahead of time.
DECORATIONS
- No confetti, glitter, rice, sand, flower petals, or similar small-sized decorations.
- No silly string or wax.
- No real-flame candles.
- No chalk.
- Balloons are not allowed to be filled with glitter or confetti or similar.
NOISE
Please keep music at a respectable level. Music has to start shutting down by 12 midnight.
PETS
NO PETS ALLOWED.
TRASH
Guests are required to bring all trash, empty boxes, etc. generated by their event when they leave. Everything brought into the space must be removed from the space by the end time of the event.
CONDUCT
We reserve the right to immediately terminate an event with no refund if: A guest becomes sick and/or passes out due to over-consumption; a guest becomes verbally or physically abusive to venue staff or other guests; guest behavior results in damages to the venue or venue furnishings.
ADDITIONAL INSURANCE
Events with over 100 attendees are required to obtain additional event insurance through The Event Helper https://www.theeventhelper.com/
SECURITY DEPOSIT
A $300 refundable deposit is required for attendees up to 50, and $500 for attendees 50 and up to be paid directly to the Manager On-Site when you arrive. This deposit will be refunded immediately when you leave provided nothing has been damaged, burned, torn up, or broken.
All equipment can be unloaded in the parking lot. There is street parking as well.
I am available to help my guests 7 days a week by phone, text, or messages.
All ages are allowed in the space
Security cameras and recording devices
There are cameras on the outside of the premises, parking lot, and inside game billiards room. This is just for security purposes and safety! There are no recording devices in the bathrooms or dressing rooms.
Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.

They were so nice and accommodating the space is exactly what I needed they made everything easy for me amazing people I would highly recommend while I was setting up for my child’s birthday someone pulled up asking for the Venus info and I quickly raved about them and gave it to them Also very reasonable and perfect

My experience here was amazing Sam and Jordan made it easy and fun. I was even allowed to use a extra table with chairs ! Great place to host a event 10/10 looking forward to using this event space for my next party 🎉.
