Enhanced COVID-19 Health & Safety Measures

At Common Ground Studios we have a professional cleaning service that manages the property.

Enhanced cleaning measures:

The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

The following equipment is provided for every guest:

Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
Hand Sanitizer

The space has the following features:

Space has access to outdoor air ventilation
Space has additional space outdoors
Space has been reconfigured to allow for physical distance

The historic Carol Shelby (Shelby Cobra) manufacturing facility has been artfully and beautifully renovated into a modern creative office and flex space. Full building opportunity with private restroom, conference room, kitchen and IT facilities, a private patio, and ample reserved parking. Classic brick and bow truss building.

There are ample amounts of parking in front of the building and behind a secured gate that would allow for additional parking in the facility

General Rules

The Rules Are -No smoking in the building -Outside catering is allowed -No public parties -Cleaning is required -Don't destroy anything; leave the place as you found it or better, please. -Our property manager will be there within an hour before you arrive to let people into the parking lot, we want to help make your day run smoothly, so just let us know how to help. --Insurance is a must.
