We have facilities people onsite that keep the facility clean. You're responsible for keeping your project properly distanced when using the facility.

Enhanced cleaning measures:

The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

About the Space

This space is great for photography videography sets. The space is 1400 square feet and the building was built in the 1940s and has an antique energy. The floors are all concrete with track lights installed. Plenty of electrical outlets available. You must bring any extension cords you may need.

Parking description

Parking lot is located in front of the building on the property. Additional parking space is available on Lincoln street. Also, on the other side of the railway bridge is the public beltline parking lot.

Space does not have natural light

Lighting description

There are track lights installed in the tresses in the building. You will probably want to bring professional lighting if you need to change the intensity or customize it.

Space is soundproof

Ambient noise description

Most of the space is sound proof however our tenants will respect all productions.

Equipment loading description

We have 3 bay areas that can be used by trucks with lifts for loading equipment.

Some rooms are off-limits for shooting

All tenant spaces are off limits and the common room hallway gallery area as well unless building management is aware and approves.

Shooting the exterior of the building is allowed

Electrical system description

We have a very strong electrical system however if you need to turn on or turn off breakers building management has to do this.

Circuit breaker can not be accessed

General Rules

* No smoking in the building. Please smoke in the back of the building outside. * NO drugs. * NO Weapons allowed on site for any reason.

All ages are allowed in the space

Production insurance is not required

Furniture and decorations may be moved

Furniture can be moved but it most be put back in its original place at the end of the production. Wall art can be moved with the permission and awareness of the building manager. Being an art gallery some of our painting can be expensive and we need to be careful moving it. We will always allow our staff to move it for you.

Smoke machines are allowed

Security cameras and recording devices

We have Wyze cameras which do record in all common areas of the space. It is only for security if unexpected, unexplained, or events of concern in the building. The cameras overwrite footage every three days and are not accessible by anyone other than the property managers.

Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.
