Enhanced COVID-19 Health & Safety Measures

Our cleaning services will sweep, mop, vacuum, and clean the entire unit before every rental. We supply a handwashing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol. Our guests have access to all common areas including the bathroom, kitchen, balcony, and entrances. We make sure all dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities are sanitized. Garbage is removed with the new lining added to each can.

Enhanced cleaning measures:

The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

Perfect for a myriad of small events including photoshoots, podcasts, meetings, and more. The unit also provides access to a pool and huge rooftop area with a 180 degree view of the city. Great for a photo, video, or movie shoots. We are conveniently located minutes away from the Atlantic Station, Georgia Aquarium, Mercedes-Benz Superdome, and State Farm Arena. The interior of the unit includes a full Kitchen, Hi-Speed Wifi, and plenty of windows. Come experience all that Atlanta has to offer in this priceless one-bedroom gem in the middle of it all!

Free parking is available in the rear parking garage visitor area. For residential parking areas, please contact unit manager.

General Rules

Outside catering is allowed. Please return the furniture to its original location. No booking on behalf of others. No smoking (of any sort) inside the suite or in the common areas of the property. No Parties (We have a zero-tolerance policy and you will be asked to leave). A maximum of 10 people are allowed within the unit. No pets allowed. Keynotes: #1 The community enforces quiet hours from 10 p.m. to 7 a.m. It's important that we abide by those same rules inside the suite. #2 Building staff (leasing office staff and maintenance) are not affiliated with this booking and are not available for assistance during your visit. Guest agrees to contact us directly should any issues arise. Violation fees: Smoking - $500 Parties/ Events (gatherings larger than 10 ppl) - $500 Pet - $500 Lost Key/Keyfob - $250 Damaged or missing property (including furniture, towels, linens, kitchen goods and appliances, bedroom and bathroom decor) - *subject hosts replacement cost
