Enhanced COVID-19 Health & Safety Measures
We use disinfecting U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA)’s List N disinfectants kills any remaining germs on surfaces, which further reduces any risk of spreading infection. We ask that guest who have symptoms of Covid or have been exposed to covid positive person get tested and quarantine based on the CDC guidelines.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
- Disposable masks / face coverings
- Hand Sanitizer
The space has the following features:

About the Space
A very spacious and serene environment with great aesthetics and TV monitor. For our yoga classes, our facility will offer free water, yogurt, and granola bars. Basic cleaning is the responsibility of the host. There is no smoking in the building. No outside catering, please ensure all lights are turned off when leaving. Free parking. Alarm will be disarmed 10min before arrival.
