Enhanced COVID-19 Health & Safety Measures
All guests must wash hands upon arrival. Artists must adhere to State Board sanitation rules and regulations to services clients.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

Two makeup stations inside roomy salon suite available for daily rental. Makeup suite is located inside, upscale busy salon. Clean, spacious well lit, workstations, equipped with cabinet, shelf and drawer space. Window for natural lighting. The perfect space for highly skilled and professional makeup artists.

Free street parking as well as 3 assigned spaces in front of salon. These spaces should be reserved for customers.

Security cameras and recording devices
Cameras which record video and audio are locations throughout the building for your security and for the security of your guests. No cameras are in Private suites & bathrooms.
Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.
