Enhanced COVID-19 Health & Safety Measures

Covid-19 cleaning & safety protocols are followed between each booking. Non-porous surfaces are cleaned and sanitized daily with CDC approved products. Porous surfaces are sprayed with disinfectant and wiped down between each booking.

Enhanced cleaning measures:

The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

About the Space

This intimate garden themed oasis is the perfect place for your next event. Located on the Eastside of Detroit (Conner Creek Area), this hidden gallery has much to offer. Amenities included: - Free WIFI - Tables - 10 office or folding chairs - Breakroom (mini-fridge, microwave, 2 coffee machines and an ice maker) - Free parking - Multiple layout options (Open floor, Cafe/Lounge, meeting or feast style) - Ambient lighting - Bluetooth Speaker - Cleaning Fee included in booking costs This suite is located inside of a professional & medical building and is not intended for "Parties". No DJ's or live music allowed and absolutely no smoking. A **security deposit** is due before or on the same day as event and will be refunded after the booking if no damages and all rules have been followed. A $50 refundable deposit is due for weekday bookings and $100 refundable deposit is due for night and weekend bookings. We accept Cashapp, Zelle and Paypal as means of payment for security deposit only. Booking the suite must be done through Peerspace. A video recording device is located inside the suite and is only reviewed in case of damages, building complaints or inappropriate use of space. There are 3 free gated parking lots available surrounding the front of the building with security doing routine drives around the premises. The Suite is 505 square feet, and can accommodate 20 seated comfortably, and up to 30 standing/strolling. Between each booking, all surfaces are disinfected with CDC approved products and hand sanitizer is provided during your booking. Additional PPE items are available as an add-on. (Disposable face masks and additional hand sanitizers) **Add-ons:** - Serveware includes; 2 glass beverage dispensers, Extra large ice buckets/coolers, 6 piece gold & Crystal food safe Cake/appetizer displays (Pictured above), assorted plastic platters, 4 Serving Chauffeurs and food warmers (Aluminum pans not included) - Coffee & Water (price based on number of guests) - Linen; 10 folding chair covers (Black or White), and your choice of 1 gold sequin rectangle tablecloth, 2 black rectangle tablecloths, or 5 white square tablecloths. - Swag bags (price based on number of guests) - 32 in. TV - Office Supplies: may include but not limited to; Small white board, Pens, notebooks, clipboards, pencils, dry erase markers, etc. - Event Decorating (In Collaboration with Bliss House Events) ** If you are interested in any add-ons please inquire. General Rules

1. Security deposit is due before check-in date. Deposit amount is based on the day and number of hours booked. Deposit is refunded after booking and can be paid through cashapp, zelle, and paypal. 2. No Smoking allowed in the suite or inside the building. 3. Please throw away all trash from your event. 4. No DJ or live bands allowed. This suite is located inside of a professional & Medical building. Please monitor the noise level of your guests. 5. If you rearrange any furniture, please place it back where you found it. 6. Setup and teardown time must be included in your booked hours. 7. The sell of alcohol is not per allowed. 8. Outside catering is permitted.

Security cameras and recording devices

Ring doorbell located inside the suite above the door. Video recording starts when motion is sensed. Audio only when device is pressed. Security camera is only viewed in case of, damages, inappropriate use of space or building complaints.

Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.
