No DJ's or live music allowed and absolutely no smoking. A **security deposit** is due before or on the same day as event and will be refunded after the booking if no damages and all rules have been followed. A $50 refundable deposit is due for weekday bookings and $100 refundable deposit is due for night and weekend bookings. We accept Cashapp, Zelle and Paypal as means of payment for security deposit only. Booking the suite must be done through Peerspace. A video recording device is located inside the suite and is only reviewed in case of damages, building complaints or inappropriate use of space. There are 3 free gated parking lots available surrounding the front of the building with security doing routine drives around the premises. The Suite is 505 square feet, and can accommodate 20 seated comfortably, and up to 30 standing/strolling.
