Parking description
Onsite parking is available in front of the building for a metered rate, or the garage attached to the building. The garage entrance is located on the corner of Wilson Blvd and Clarendon Blvd.

Lighting description
The room has privacy glass and soundproofing to help cancel any noise leaks from the hallway.
Space is soundproof
Ambient noise description
The podcast room is the quietest room in the suite so you will not hear any noise from the neighboring offices. The space has sound insulation and padding throughout.

Equipment loading description
There is a freight elevator that will be available for 1 hour per use. The building can be accessed on the street level or through the parking garage (entrance on Adams St.).

Electrical system description
All equipment (mics, coumputer, etc) are all plugged in and ready to go! There are 3 wall outlets for any additional equipment you would like to bring.

Production insurance is required
The Contractor shall provide the following minimum insurance coverage:
a. Commercial General Liability Insurance, including coverage for bodily injury (including coverage for death, mental anguish), Premises-Operations, Independent Contractors' Protective, Products-Completed Operations, Blanket Contractual Liability, Personal Injury and Broad form Property Damage (including coverage for Explosion, Collapse and Underground hazards), and including Cross Liability and Severability of Interests, with the following minimum limits:
i. $1,000,000 Each Occurrence;
ii. $2,000,000 General Aggregate;
iii. $1,000,000 Personal and Advertising Injury; and
iv. $2,000,000 Products-Completed Operations Aggregate.
Furniture and decorations may be moved

Health and Safety Measures
We take pride in keeping our spaces clean. In addition to nightly professional cleaning, we disinfect all hard surfaces throughout the day.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
- Disposable masks / face coverings
- Hand Sanitizer
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
The space has the following features:
