This room is enclosed with soundproof glass so you will not have to worry about hearing any neighboring spaces.

There is a loading dock and freight elevator that must be reserved at the time of your booking.

Only common spaces can be filmed. Please do not film others in the space.

There are two outlets in the space. A power strip can be provided upon request.

Commercial General Liability Insurance, including coverage for bodily injury (including coverage for death, mental anguish), Premises-Operations, Independent Contractors' Protective, Products-Completed Operations, Blanket Contractual Liability, Personal Injury and Broad form Property Damage (including coverage for Explosion, Collapse and Underground hazards), and including Cross Liability and Severability of Interests, with the following minimum limits: i. $1,000,000 Each Occurrence; ii. $2,000,000 General Aggregate; iii. $1,000,000 Personal and Advertising Injury; and iv. $2,000,000 Products-Completed Operations Aggregate.
