  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.

Yes, I would book again.

This space was an ideal location as a "lifestyle" setting for filming our interviews. It was beautifully furnished, had lots of natural light, lots of space to accommodate crew and talent, and a basic kitchen for food service. It afforded several looks for b-roll as well. Some slight sound bleed of telephones and light foot traffic with the adjoining office were our only concerns from an audio standpoint. The host was extremely friendly and accommodating, responsive, and really great to work with overall.
