The house always lends well to commercial shoots and parties. The place is eclectic in a welcoming way. Most everyone that visits loves the place. For a little 1940 California Cottage it has a lot of amenities and character. The lot is larger than the average in the valley, it is a 10,000 sq foot lot. The yard is Pie shaped since we sit on a cul de Sac. So as a result the back yard is larger than the front. A 20x30 overhang roof in back has an antique pool table under it and an outdoor kitchen. The pool table lamp even has a small train set that rolls around the lamp. Always a good conversation piece. We also have a small putting green. Another thing that people tend to love is the tented out door toilet. The bigger tent is over the hole that was once our in-ground trampoline. I have finished it off with decking and stairs so it has great character. This are is fully furnished but easy to redecorate. Your set designers will most likely love this space. This also lends well to shooting because you can simply lift the sides of the tent to shoot in without being in. Placing the camera on a high hat works well for this. The panel is on the side of the house and easily accessible for tie in if needed. We are located; 5 minutes from CBS Radford 10 minutes from Universal Studios 10 minutes from Warner Brothers main lot 10-15 minutes from Disney Studios Our air traffic concerns for sound are the same as the studios. Perfectly fine most of the time. However, Burbank may send planes over this way depending on which way the wind blows (literally). There is generally a five to ten minute gap between planes when it does happen. There is even a small voice over booth in the garage completely covered in sound deadening material. Perfect for audio pick ups. With some time and expense the tent could be turned back into an in ground trampoline again but it would have to be worth it.
