There is room for about 15-20 cars on the st. More parking is available throughout the neighborhood. Free street parking would be availbpe to client and guest.

No smoking. Clean up after yourself. There are no other rules that need to be metioned at this time.

Security cameras and recording devices
There are 2 recording devices in the home. One in the living room and one is at the front door. There will be no recording when the space is occupied. The camera are there for guest saftey.
Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.

The space will be cleaned out thoroughly after each booking.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
