About the Space

Our historic craftsman home was built in 1911 with a full and completed renovation done in 2020. The house features classic craftsman siding, large porch, original windows, hardwood floors, updated kitchen and features, and bright, natural light. The long driveway allows for easy access from front to back yard. The spacious backyard can accommodate trucks, vans, catering, etc. The simple decor allows for greater creativity. Additional props are welcomed. Amenities include a 220V outlet. 15 ppl max Overtime is 1.5x the listed rate (based on number of people onsite). Cleaning fee is $200 Upstairs access is available for an additional fee depending on use. Production past 5pm will be considered as overtime. Upstairs office “add-on” is $35/hr. Health and Safety Measures
Enhanced cleaning measures:
  • Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
  • Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
The space has the following features:
  • Space has access to outdoor air ventilation

Andrea was great host and her home was a perfect location for our shoot! Plenty of parking with the long driveway, big backyard, and a quiet neighborhood. House was very clean and lots of natural day light. Hope to book again. Thank you Andrea.
