Our Casita is nestled in the quiet Shenandoah Miami suburb just minutes from exciting Calle Ocho. Get the best of both worlds by staying at a newly remodeled Instaworthy This Casita has a King size bed and a sofa bed. Beautiful Casita equipped with everything you need for a comfy stay. It also has a private patio ready for a small gathering, reunion, or photo shoot.

Health and Safety Measures
There is a $60 cleaning fee. We cover basic Casita cleaning. We ask for the guest ti take out the trash and clean after yourself.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
