Venue rental includes:
- 6 Round Tables (5ft)
- 8 Rectangle Tables (6ft)
- 49 Black foldable chairs
- Multi-color LED surround lighting
- Bluetooth surround speaker system (create your playlist on Spotify or other app, log into your account at the venue using the tablet and enjoy your playlist at your event)
- 1 Beverage cooler (ice not included)
If additional time is needed on any day, the rate is equivalent to the current hourly rate.
Your rental period should include setup and breakdown time, so please factor that in the total number of hours needed when booking. You're responsible for set up, decorating and breakdown/clean up.
Mandatory Incidental Deposit Required

No loitering
No glitter
No open flames
No hookah/vaping
No smoke, fire or fireworks
No confetti
No crazy string spray
No paint
No cooking in the venue (no cooking appliances)
No landscaping materials
No smoke machines
No weapons of any kind
No bounce houses (must have venue approval)
No animals
No exotic dancers or performances of a sexual nature
Nothing may be attached to the walls or ceiling with nails, screws, hooks, sticky glue, tape or any adhesive that will cause damage to the walls or ceiling.
Space must be returned back to its original condition. Event host is responsible for trash removal. Trash can, trash bags, broom and vacuum cleaner will be provided for cleanup. Cleaning fee equivalent to the hourly rate can/will be added if event host does not cleanup.
Event host is responsible for the removal of personal and vendor equipment before the end of their contract time. Remaining items will be disposed of. Venue not responsible for reimbursement of remaining items.
Outside catering is allowed.
Security Officer required for events starting after 5pm. Mobile Bartender required when alcohol will be consumed/served. Customer responsible for Security Officer and Mobile Bartender fees.
